The seller does not take back the voucher.

The voucher can only be redeemed for a product or service. A cash payment is not possible. Because the voucher was intended to be redeemed for goods or services when the purchase contract or service contract was concluded and cannot be treated differently afterwards.

delivery time

Shipping time includes business days only. A payment is considered "received" after the amount paid by the customer has been credited to the seller's account. If the buyer paid by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, the credit may be immediate. However, if the buyer pays by bank transfer, this can take several days.
